As Senior Contracts and Pricing Executive you will coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of the Product & Commercial Department, ensuring efficient product setup, consistent best practices, and timely market launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual product timetable, coordinating with marketing for product launches and brochure deadlines.
- Ensure consistent contract management and compliance with company guidelines.
- Oversee contract loading and pricing, optimizing processes to reduce time to market.
- Conduct competitor pricing analysis and implement approved changes swiftly.
- Manage the booking and issuance of excursion vouchers.
- Lead a team of two Contracts & Pricing Executives, setting clear objectives and development plans.
- Collaborate with Systems/IT to address system weaknesses and improve efficiency.
- Participate in the Crisis Response Team and out-of-hours duty rota.
