Our client, a specialist travel company, is looking for a CRM Executive to deliver targeted acquisition and retention campaigns across email, direct mail, and wider marketing channels. Working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager, you'll drive campaign performance, maximise ROI, and help achieve key growth targets.
CRM Executive Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns (Email & Direct Mail)
- Monitor performance, analyse results and optimise future activity
- Work with creative teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns
