Join a fast-paced, detail-driven team creating exceptional tailor-made safaris across Africa and the Indian Ocean. As Operations Executive, you'll be the engine behind flawless trip delivery turning expert sales advice into seamless, unforgettable client experiences.
What you'll do:
- Build accurate quotes and itineraries at speed
- Finalise every element of a client's trip: flights, bookings, upgrades, special touches
- Keep diaries moving and follow up on leads with Travel Experts
- Maintain the client portal and internal systems from deposit to departure
- Liaise with suppliers and ground teams to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
- Issue tickets, process payments, and complete quality checks
- Coordinate post-travel feedback and support continuous service improvements
- Help with events, stock, and occasional out-of-hours support
