What You’ll Do:

  • Lead global product training strategy, frameworks, and standards.
  • Design and deliver engaging training for internal teams, BDMs, travel agents, and guides.
  • Create toolkits, webinars, guides, and presentations that make complex products easy to understand.
  • Support events, consumer shows, and product launches with compelling presentations.
  • Continuously improve training content based on feedback and results.
  • Travel internationally to deliver training and onboard new guides and partners.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in training, enablement, or educational roles (travel experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of travel products, itineraries, and commercial priorities.
  • Confident presenter and communicator with ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing global, multi-stakeholder projects.
