Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Tailor-made Sales Specialist within a UHNW Operator to design and sell high-end, tailor-made Antarctic expeditions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and bring a consultative, customer-first approach to complex travel sales.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to conversion
- Exceed targets by selling bespoke, high-value trips
- Create detailed itineraries and compelling proposals
- Proactively generate leads and nurture new business
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through life-changing travel decisions
- Stay up to date with Polar products, vessels, and trends
About you:
- Proven success in luxury or tailor-made travel sales
- Commercially sharp, empathetic, and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator – both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, organised, and tech-savvy
- Experience with adventure travel a bonus
- Great base Salary & Commission potential
- 25 days holiday + birthday + public holidays
- Remote working with occasional office visits
- Familiarisation trip, annual team adventure, and wellbeing support
- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 1:30–10:00 PM GMT, plus 2 weekend days per month (with time off in lieu)
