Our client is seeking an experienced Travel Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation, and related services. The role covers both business travel and staff leisure travel benefits, ensuring bookings are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and manage flights, hotels, transfers, and travel services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and traveller preferences
  • Issue, amend, and cancel tickets, including reissues and refunds
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Advise on routes, fares, and travel options
  • Manage complex itineraries, schedule changes, and special requests
  • Maintain booking records using Amadeus and other systems
  • Support colleagues with travel policies and resolve issues
  • Liaise with travel suppliers and support group bookings

About You

Essential:

  • Experience in business travel and booking systems
  • Advanced Amadeus and ticketing knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage complex itineraries and deadlines
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills

Desirable:

  • VIP or executive travel experience
  • Knowledge of NDC and corporate travel programmes
  • Group travel and travel risk management experience
