Our client is seeking an experienced Travel Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodation, and related services. The role covers both business travel and staff leisure travel benefits, ensuring bookings are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage flights, hotels, transfers, and travel services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and traveller preferences
- Issue, amend, and cancel tickets, including reissues and refunds
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Advise on routes, fares, and travel options
- Manage complex itineraries, schedule changes, and special requests
- Maintain booking records using Amadeus and other systems
- Support colleagues with travel policies and resolve issues
- Liaise with travel suppliers and support group bookings
About You
Essential:
- Experience in business travel and booking systems
- Advanced Amadeus and ticketing knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage complex itineraries and deadlines
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Desirable:
- VIP or executive travel experience
