An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tailormade Sales Manager.

This is a newly created role with huge scope to shape, develop and grow the division, managing and inspiring a small team of tailormade travel experts, currently around 4-5 travel consultants.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background within a reputable tailormade travel company, with experience selling multiple worldwide destinations and creating complex, bespoke itineraries.

You’ll be a true hands‑on sales leader – leading from the front, coaching your team, sharing your expertise and demonstrating how to convert enquiries into high‑value, tailor‑made holidays.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Inspire, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team
• Lead by example with strong personal sales results
• Have extensive experience selling complex, bespoke worldwide itineraries
• Bring strong destination knowledge across multiple regions
• Coach the team on consultative selling and closing techniques
• Help shape and grow a brand-new tailormade division
• Identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
