About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Trading Manager to play a hands-on role at the centre of day-to-day decision making. You’ll take ownership of performance across a tour programme, working at a detailed, departure-by-departure level to optimise yield, margin, and overall results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trading performance and optimise yield and margin
- Support pricing, campaigns, and go/no-go decisions
- Contribute to weekly sales and trading forums
- Act as an escalation point for Sales and Trade teams
- Work closely with Product and Inventory to manage availability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in travel trading, revenue, or yield management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident using performance metrics (rate of sale, load factor, margin)
- Advanced Excel skills (BI/pricing tools a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaborative approach
