Private Client Manager
Our client, a leading travel company who specialise in UHNW customers is seeking a highly motivated Private Client Manager to represent their brand, in store, delivering exceptional, personalised service and crafting bespoke luxury travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class client service, demonstrating expert knowledge of global travel destinations and products.
- Design and sell tailor-made itineraries, luxury tours, and group journeys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and in-person meetings.
- Achieve sales targets while upholding standards of excellence in presentation, service, and professionalism.
- Manage all booking, pricing, and administrative processes using Travel Studio and CRM systems.
- Attend and support client events and contribute to brand and partnership development.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong luxury travel sales experience with UHNW clients
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong CRM and booking system knowledge
- Passionate about travel, service and building client loyalty
- Ability to attend events and travel as necessary to provide support to key clients internationally
