Senior Manager – Sales/ Marketing (Tourism Partnerships) Location: Remote (UK or Europe) or Hybrid (Dublin Office) Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager for Tourism Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic collaborations: Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with Tourism Boards, Hotels, Cruises, and other tourism products to unlock new opportunities. Strategic Planning: Create and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with partner requirements and budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate partnership strategies into broader business goals. Project Management: Oversee multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage day-to-day partner activities, engage travel agents to promote partner brands, and drive product adoption through on-ground initiatives. Marketing Innovation: Design and execute creative marketing strategies, including joint promotions and campaigns, while coordinating with design and marketing teams for timely communications.
