We’re looking for a high‑energy BDM to join the team at a fantastic travel brand to help grow their network of Managed Service Travel Partners. You’ll recruit and onboard new partners, manage key relationships, and drive strong commercial performance across your portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new MSTPs
  • Build a strong pipeline and convert quality leads
  • Manage and support a portfolio of travel business owners
  • Drive sales, revenue, and productivity
  • Review KPIs and create action plans
  • Align partners with business strategy and exclusive products
  • Share insights, track trends, and report performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Travel industry experience (retail, homeworking, consortia)
  • Proven success in BD, sales, or account management
  • Strong commercial mindset and target‑driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
  • CRM and Microsoft Office skills
