Regional Sales Manager – Asia & Australasia - Tailor-made
Lead, inspire and deliver outstanding results across a thriving region.
Our client, a multi-award winning, London based bespoke travel business are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and performance across our Asia and Australasia markets. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee a team of around 7–8 tailor-made sales professionals, providing leadership, guidance and hands-on support to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Regional Sales Manager - Asia and Australasia Responsibilities:
Taking full responsibility for sales performance across Asia and Australasia reservations sales consultants
Leading, motivating and developing your regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Driving your own pipeline and leading by example with exceptional personal sales results.
Acting as a visible champion for company initiatives, ensuring best practice and high standards are maintained throughout the team.
Offering proactive support across your own and neighbouring territories when needed to maximise opportunities.
Coaching and supervising day-to-day sales activities to optimise conversion rates and team performance.
