Product Manager – Latin America

This is a great opportunity for a commercially savvy and creative product professional to take ownership of our Latin America portfolio – from product design and contracting through to pricing, supplier management, and bringing new tour ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • With proven success managing Latin America travel products (ideally in group touring).
  • Brings strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive yield and growth.
  • Can build solid relationships with suppliers, DMCs, and internal teams.
  • Is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced travel environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the end-to-end development of our Latin America product range.
  • Negotiate with DMCs, hotels, and airlines for unique, competitive offerings.
  • Shape itineraries that excite our customers in the UK, Australia & New Zealand.
  • Monitor market trends and optimise yield to hit targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and global product teams.
