We're looking for an organised, detail-driven and customer-focused professional to support the creation and delivery of bespoke luxury travel experiences. Working alongside Travel Designers, you'll help turn enquiries into unforgettable journeys while ensuring every trip runs seamlessly from proposal to departure.
What You'll Do
- Manage and qualify luxury travel enquiries.
- Support the creation of bespoke itineraries, proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate bookings with hotels, suppliers, guides and destination partners worldwide.
- Prepare travel documents, confirmations and pre-departure packs.
- Build strong supplier relationships and secure added-value opportunities.
- Monitor deadlines, payments and booking logistics to ensure flawless delivery.
- Assist with client follow-ups, reporting and sales performance tracking.
- Research new luxury products, destinations and travel experiences.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in luxury travel, tailor-made travel or premium customer service.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
- Confidence using CRM systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and conversion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of luxury hotels, DMCs and high-end travel suppliers.
- Experience supporting HNW/UHNW clients.
- Creating visually engaging client proposals and presentations.
