As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Executive to play a key role in generating new business and driving client engagement across the full customer journey.

About the Role:
Youβll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing incoming enquiries, and ensuring a high level of personalised service throughout the client experience. Ideal candidates will bring experience from luxury travel, hospitality, or experience-based sectors and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Business Development in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads and convert sales through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from digital platforms, partner referrals, and in-store visits.
- Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service at every stage of the client journey.
- Guide clients through their travel experience, offering advice, support, and expert recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients across multiple channels.
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to help refine service delivery.
- Collaborate with broader teams to ensure smooth handovers and seamless operations.

- Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or adventure/experience-based sales.
