You’ll work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to deliver targeted communications that grow membership and strengthen customer loyalty.
In this hybrid London-based role you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless member experience, monitor campaign performance, and use insights to improve strategies.
