Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join a fast-growing luxury tour operator specialising in luxury travel, tailor-made holidays and complex multi-centre itineraries worldwide. This is a commercially focused product role, ideal for someone passionate about creating standout luxury travel experiences, building strong supplier relationships and driving profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning and developing a global luxury travel product portfolio, with a focus on worldwide multi-centre itineraries
- Identifying trends, gaps and opportunities within the luxury travel market
- Sourcing, contracting and managing luxury hotels and DMC partners worldwide
- Creating and evolving luxury, tailor-made itineraries across key destinations
- Leading pricing, margin and competitor analysis to ensure strong commercial performance
- Negotiating exclusive luxury rates, value-adds and unique selling points
- Supporting product launches across sales, marketing and digital channels
- Acting as a key product stakeholder for an e-commerce booking platform, ensuring luxury product is accurately merchandised and bookable
- Contributing to the evolution of a future-focused B2C luxury travel platform
About You
- Proven experience in a product, contracting or commercial role within luxury travel
- Strong knowledge of worldwide destinations, luxury hotels and DMCs
- Experience creating complex, tailor-made or multi-centre itineraries
- Commercially minded with strong pricing and supplier negotiation skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented and confident working cross-functionally
- Passionate about quality, customer experience and luxury travel excellence
