We’re partnering with a highly regarded, values-led travel business entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. They’re looking for a hands-on People Manager to help professionalise the people function while protecting a warm, people-first culture.
This is a visible, impactful role reporting directly to the CFO, supporting a c.55-person business through change, structure, and improved productivity.
Responsibilities:- Embed clear goals, accountability, and performance management
- Act as a trusted bridge between leadership and employees
- Lead ER matters, disciplinaries, and boundary setting
- Support manager coaching, development, and succession planning
- Introduce consistent processes while maintaining a positive culture
- CIPD Level 5 (essential)
- Strong UK employment law knowledge (US/Aus exposure a bonus)
- Experienced in change within a growing, non-corporate environment
- Confident, empathetic, and comfortable challenging when needed
- Passionate about developing managers and improving leadership capability
Working pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week
