We’re partnering with a leading transport company for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to lead how they engage, inform, and inspire people. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver clear, engaging and meaningful communication.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bringing our story to life
  • Deliver engaging internal communication campaigns aligned to strategy and culture
  • Turn business updates into clear, compelling content
  • Own internal messaging end-to-end and continuously improve through data and feedback
  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy
  • Driving engagement
  • Lead initiatives that celebrate success, share employee stories and encourage feedback
  • Enhance engagement through recognition, storytelling and EVP activity, including social content
  • Partnering with leadership
  • Support senior leaders in delivering clear, authentic and impactful communication
  • Leading through change
  • Manage communications during transformation and key projects with a transparent, people-first approach
  • Optimising channels and tools
  • Manage and improve internal channels (Teams, intranet, email)
  • Create toolkits and resources to support managers

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in internal or corporate communications in a complex environment
  • Travel, Transport or hospitality sector experience preferred
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver campaigns and support change communication
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or intranets
