We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead the learning strategy across a growing restaurant group. This is a senior role and we require candidates to have a wealth of experience gained in the Restaurant/ Hospitality sector. This senior role will be responsible for designing and delivering a cohesive L&D strategy that supports operational excellence, exceptional guest experience, and strong leadership capability at every level. You will lead and develop a high-performing L&D team, manage the annual training budget, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities:- Developing and delivering a business-aligned L&D strategy
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary L&D team
- Overseeing operational, compliance, and leadership training
- Embedding leadership and soft-skills development programmes
- Managing the LMS, learning effectiveness, and L&D budget
- Supporting change initiatives and championing a strong learning culture
- Senior L&D leadership experience within a multi-site hospitality/ Restaurants
- Strong background in learning strategy, operational training, and leadership development
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets
- Confident stakeholder manager and people leader
- CIPD or equivalent qualification, LMS experience, and a creative approach to learning design.
