We’re looking for an entrepreneurial marketer to take ownership of the digital performance and drive commercial growth. In this role, you’ll lead website development and optimisation, working closely with the digital agency partners to improve user experience, conversion and campaign impact.
What you’ll do:
- Manage paid media activity (PPC, PMax, Paid Social) with agency partners to grow high-quality traffic.
- Oversee website merchandising, ensuring holidays and campaigns are promoted effectively.
- Lead UX improvements through data-driven test & learn programmes.
- Drive our SEO strategy and enhance organic traffic and landing page performance.
- Improve tracking and reporting using GA4, Matomo and Tag Manager.
- Implement trading actions and collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
- Line-manage and develop one Digital Marketing Executive.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar digital or e-commerce marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in GA4, Tag Manager and reporting tools.
- Confident working with CMS platforms and web development agencies.
- Solid understanding of modern SEO practices.
- Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset; passion for the outdoors is a bonus.
