Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and deliver revenue growth
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and commercial opportunities
- Manage, coach and grow a high-performing sales team
- Create tailored commercial solutions in collaboration with Marketing
- Monetise digital audiences through advertising and lead generation
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client relationships
- Win new business while retaining and growing existing partners
- Own sales targets, budgets and performance reporting
About You
- Proven experience in digital and offline media sales
- Strong understanding of monetising digital platforms and audiences
- Commercially creative, resilient and results-driven
- Experienced people leader
- Background in cruise or travel is beneficial but not essential
