Our client is an innovative digital, events and publishing business who are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and deliver revenue growth
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and commercial opportunities
  • Manage, coach and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Create tailored commercial solutions in collaboration with Marketing
  • Monetise digital audiences through advertising and lead generation
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client relationships
  • Win new business while retaining and growing existing partners
  • Own sales targets, budgets and performance reporting

About You

  • Proven experience in digital and offline media sales
  • Strong understanding of monetising digital platforms and audiences
  • Commercially creative, resilient and results-driven
  • Experienced people leader
  • Background in cruise or travel is beneficial but not essential

This is a senior role offering real influence over commercial strategy and growth within a fast-growing media business.
