We're recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join a growing and ambitious travel business. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for the full finance function, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, cashflow management, board reporting, statutory compliance, and management accounts. You'll lead a team of finance professionals while working closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the finance team
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
  • Ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting
  • Managing external compliance, audits, VAT, and industry renewals
