We’re working EXCLUSIVELY with a leading travel brand that’s looking for an experienced E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their online sales and digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence, enhancing the customer journey, and delivering growth across key e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy
- Oversee website performance, UX, and conversion optimisation
- Manage SEO, PPC, email and social campaigns
- Collaborate with digital agencies to drive SEO and PPC performance
- Use data analytics to track KPIs, report on ROI, and inform strategy
- Work closely with internal teams on content, campaigns, and site updates
E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (travel/tourism/hospitality ideal)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CMS platforms
- Proven ability to manage digital agencies and drive ROI
- Analytical mindset with excellent project management skills
- Data-driven with experience in conversion rate optimisation and performance tracking.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and commercial awareness.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google, HubSpot, CIM) are a bonus.
