A leading luxury travel brand is seeking a Sales Director to join its senior leadership team during a period of rapid, profitable growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a high-end, design-led travel company, redefining travel for a global audience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
- Drive digital and bespoke luxury sales (AOV £20–30K)
- Personally handle select VIP enquiries
- Optimise CRM (Salesforce preferred) and conversion strategies
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ops, and Product teams
- Influence company direction at the leadership level
