MBM Executives are partnering with an ambitious, high-growth international organisation seeking a Head of Global HR. This is a newly created, standalone role with the opportunity to build and shape the entire People function, creating and delivering a people strategy that supports significant growth and international expansion.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a privately owned travel, hospitality, or leisure business and will have played a key role in guiding the organisation through a transaction, investment, or exit.
