Business Development Manager – B2B Travel

Location: Central England (preferably Birmingham) | Full-time | Field-based role with 3 days visiting travel clients

Role Summary

We are hiring for a global travel tech leader. If you have B2B sales experience in the travel industry and a passion for building strong partnerships, this is your chance to join a fast-growing platform revolutionizing travel sales.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with regular travel to meet clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business with leisure clients, including Travel Agents and OTAs
  • Reactivate and expand existing accounts
  • Own your regional market from research to strategic planning
  • Negotiate deals, onboard clients, and support their success
  • Travel regularly to build relationships

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years in B2B travel sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and travel technology
  • Proactive, driven, and impactful
