Business Development Manager – B2B Travel
Location: Central England (preferably Birmingham) | Full-time | Field-based role with 3 days visiting travel clients
Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Win new business with leisure clients, including Travel Agents and OTAs
- Reactivate and expand existing accounts
- Own your regional market from research to strategic planning
- Negotiate deals, onboard clients, and support their success
- Travel regularly to build relationships
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years in B2B travel sales
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM tools and travel technology
- Proactive, driven, and impactful
