Our client is a luxury travel brand looking for a driven and commercially minded Assistant Region Manager to join their Asia team. This is a predominantly sales-focused role (around 80%), combined with leadership responsibility to support and develop a high-performing sales team. Working closely with the Region Manager, you’ll lead by example—delivering exceptional sales results while motivating, coaching, and supporting your team to exceed targets. You will also have core destination knowledge of Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling holidays and managing key client accounts to maximise conversion, service, and margin.
- Leading from the front with outstanding sales performance and client service.
- Supporting, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Distributing enquiries and assisting with day-to-day team operations.
- Handling high-value opportunities and supporting with complex sales challenges.
- Leading discussions in team meetings and sharing insights and opportunities.
- Supporting onboarding and development of new team members.
- Acting as regional lead in the absence of the Region Manager.
