We’re on the lookout for a Learning & Development Manager to join a top media company. If your background is designing and delivering learning programmes to senior stakeholders, within management and leadership development, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Create a management and leadership training programme for the business.
- Facilitate programmes through the whole L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess training needs.
- Support stakeholders in talent mapping and succession planning.
- Utilising the LMS system to make training content available anytime, anywhere.
Qualifications
- Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability.
- A strong understanding of learning and development best practice.
- Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced business.
Preferred Skills
- CIPD Qualified
- Coaching qualification or similar - ILM/CMI
