We\’re on the lookout for a Learning & Development Manager to join a top media company.

Responsibilities

Create a management and leadership training programme for the business.

Facilitate programmes through the whole L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess training needs.

Support stakeholders in talent mapping and succession planning.

Utilising the LMS system to make training content available anytime, anywhere.

Qualifications

Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability.

A strong understanding of learning and development best practice.

Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders.

The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced business.

Preferred Skills

CIPD Qualified

Coaching qualification or similar- ILM/CMI
