This is an exciting opportunity to join an executive search firm, providing EA support for two top level executives. This is a full time role that could be hybrid, or fully remote for the right candidate. Salary £45,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and diary management
  • Booking and organising travel
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings and presentations
  • Responding to emails and document requests
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Professional Services/Legal/Accountancy background preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
