What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Managing daily operations with multiple drivers
- Building great relationships with drivers & clients
- Overseeing on-road performance and fleet management
- Rota planning & performance management
- Handling wage queries and maintaining legal compliance
- Interviewing & onboarding new drivers
- Managing compliance records
- Using Excel, email & Dropbox for reporting
- Leading team meetings & driving motivation
