Our Client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to support their wealth management team in delivering exceptional service to their clients.

  • Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC/AML checks and account opening documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files, investment mandates, and regulatory records.
  • Process investment instructions as instructed.
  • Support preparation of portfolio valuations, performance reports, and investment proposals.
  • Assist IFA with research and running reports on FE.
  • Build suitability reports and prepare for client review meetings.
  • Liaise with investment platforms to ensure accurate settlements and reconciliations.
  • Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct AML, KYC, and due diligence checks in line with internal policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/portfolio management systems.
  • Prior experience in financial services industry a must.

Working hours 37.5 hours per week – office based. Quarterly company bonus based upon company performance and Managers discretion. They provide access to a qualifying workplace pension with Standard Life. 22 days holiday.
