MASH TM required to cover long term sickness within the team.
Team managers are expected to be in the officer 2-3 days per week to support the team below them. Flexibility may be available as to which days are required, however the manager needs to be available to offer face to face support and be visible to their team when needed.
The service is looking for someone to start ASAP, so short notice periods are preferable in this instance.
