The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.

Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. SCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken.

Working in the community, with young people in a mental health crisis at high risk of self-harm:

  • Home visits 3 times/week for any allocated case and ad hoc visit to cover for absent colleagues
  • Supervising the Band 6 and Band 5 nurses in the team
  • Supporting the clinical lead in managing the clinical aspect of the service
  • Participating in the service development
  • Driving across East and West Suffolk
  • Operating/recording on System 1
  • Be part of the Triage meetings and MDT Reviews meetings
  • Presenting the case to MDT for review
  • Completing Safety plans, Formulations and care plans in relation to young people affected by a mental health crisis
