The role of a Behaviour Support Practitioner is to provide support to the Young Person, families and members of the Young Person's network to improve outcomes, reduce risk and build resilience.

You will work with other members of the PBS team to assess and identify the most appropriate evidence-based interventions and use effective engagement techniques to support the delivery of these interventions to improve the Young Person's quality of life.

You will work as a core member of the PBS team under the supervision of the clinical lead and other clinicians within the team and support other PBS team members within their clinical roles.

You will collaborate with the team and wider social work colleagues, health and education professionals, and others.
