SCC is seeking a registered mental health nurse to join their community-based team in Suffolk. The role includes duty rotas from 08:00 to 20:00, weekend coverage, and home visits to youths in mental health crisis. You will travel across East and West Suffolk, document on System 1, and present cases at MDT reviews.
You will provide MH nursing expertise, develop safety plans and formulations, and support the team in managing high-risk youths within the community setting.
