CCC is seeking a dedicated social care professional to manage a caseload of children and young people aged 0–18, reviewing plans for Child in Need and Child In Care. You will conduct statutory visits and participate in a duty rota to respond to families in crisis, ensuring records are accurately updated on the CCC system.
Interviews are conducted via MS Teams, with flexibility to work from the office on a rota basis and attend face-to-face visits as required.
