NCT's DAAT team is seeking a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to handle safeguarding referrals for young people within a countywide catchment. You will work within a 6-week duty cycle, with one full in-office duty week and four weeks remote, plus a laptop to support home-working arrangements.
Caseloads are typically 25–30 families. Visits must occur within strict timeframes (CIN within 5 days, CP within 24 hours). Training is available through overspill from permanent training allocations.
