Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for our Transitions and Leaving Care Service. We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker who is fully committed to supporting Children Looked After and Care Leavers in their transition to adulthood.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of legislation relevant to both Children Looked After and Leaving Care. A genuine desire to work with young people and adults is essential. You should also have a good understanding of adolescent development and the vulnerabilities faced by young people transitioning into adulthood.
