Job Description:

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. The position involves working over 40 hours per week, with additional hours possible upon pre-approval. There is a protected administration day each week with guaranteed finish time.

Consideration may be given to a 9-day fortnight, depending on staffing at the time of hire. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-risk vulnerable service users, including those involved in Looked After Children (LAC), Frontdoor services, Long Term Child Protection, Exploitation, or Domestic Violence, as these skills are directly transferable.
