We are seeking a Store Space Planner to join our team in the London office. This role focuses exclusively on retail space planning, generating consistent technical layouts based on standardized templates, and site-specific conditions for a global technology retailer’s worldwide program.
What You'll Do
- Produce accurate 2D/3D retail layout plans using Revit, CAD, and other modelling tools
- Translate survey information into layouts that meet retail guidelines and client standards
- Apply fixture, furniture, and display packages accurately and consistently
- Prepare clear, standardized plan layouts, elevations, and basic sections
- Incorporate redlines and team feedback accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple space-planning projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Develop merchandise layouts based on established planograms and client requirements
- Prepare inventory schedules for fixtures, furniture, and other store elements
- Support quality control and peer reviews as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in retail or commercial space planning, ideally within a rollout or high-volume environment
- Experience producing and managing accurate FF&E plans
- Proficiency in Revit (required). Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Cinema 4D or Bluebeam is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in technical documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate progress clearly
- Comfortable working within established standards, templates and structured workflows
- Collaborative, accountable, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience interpreting and incorporating site survey information into layout plans
