The OpportunityWorking closely with advisers and the wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of first‑class financial planning services to private clients.
Responsibilities- Processing new business for new and existing clients
- Managing cases and pipelines through to completion
- Preparing client valuations, reports and meeting documentation
- Obtaining illustrations, quotations, fund information and provider data
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliant client files
- Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing and administrative requirements
- Delivering a professional, proactive and high‑touch client experience throughout the advice journey
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within private client financial planning / wealth management
- Strong understanding of financial planning administration processes and provider interaction
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
