The Role
You'll work closely with Financial Planners, providing technical support across a wide range of financial planning cases while also contributing ideas on how technology can improve efficiency and client outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing suitability reports
- Technical research and analysis
- Pension, investment and protection research
- Liaising with providers and product platforms
- Supporting advisers throughout the advice process
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Contributing towards the firm's use of AI and automation within the paraplanning function
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Paraplanning experience within a UK financial planning firm
- Level 4 Diploma, or be working towards it
- Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
- A keen interest in technology and process improvement
- A proactive mindset with a desire to find smarter ways of working
