mbf. is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to lead and develop their technical team. The role combines hands-on paraplanning with leadership responsibilities.

You will supervise a team of around 16 Paraplanners across locations, mainly Bristol, coaching, managing workloads and maintaining high quality and service.

Hybrid working from Bristol with discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.
