We are working with a well-established, fully independent boutique financial planning practice who are seeking to recruit a Paraplanner/Trainee Financial Planner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly and highly supportive team where your contribution will be valued and career progression will be actively encouraged. They are looking for an ambitious Paraplanner/Trainee Financial Planner who shares their commitment to service.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the company Director, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress into a Financial Adviser role within a relatively short timeframe.
What the role involves:
- Shadowing the Director and learning from their wealth of experience
- Attending client meetings, both face-to-face and via video, providing exposure to real-world advisory situations
- Providing technical support while developing your own client-facing skills
- Building a strong understanding of the financial planning market and regulatory environment
- Working within a small, close-knit team alongside a dedicated administration team, allowing you to focus on learning and client work rather than routine admin
