Job Description
We are urgently seeking experienced Senior Paraplanners for an initial 5-month fixed-term contract, available for immediate start. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary range of £50,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports and client documentation
- Collaborate with Financial Planners on complex cases, providing technical support and recommendations
- Perform in-depth research and cashflow modelling to support tailored financial planning strategies
- Ensure documentation and records meet FCA and company compliance standards
- Support and mentor less experienced paraplanning staff; act as a subject matter expert
- Attend client meetings when required, contributing to an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally 5+ years of paraplanning experience
- Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum); working towards Chartered status is advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of financial products, platforms, and FCA regulations
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
