An established and fast growing wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join its expanding advisory team. With around 55 staff currently and significant private funding in place, the business has ambitious growth plans and expects to nearly double in size over the next 12 months. As part of this growth, the firm is acquiring a well established practice in Newcastle. You will inherit a high quality client portfolio while also being generously rewarded for new business activity. Full administration, paraplanning and compliance support is provided, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
What’s on Offer:
- Base salary around £60,000 with flexibility for high performers or advisers bringing clients
- Bonuses of up to 45 percent of all new business written
- A clear salary and remuneration structure that rewards growth of your client book
- A grown up working environment built on trust, not micromanagement
- A supportive, collaborative culture where people are rewarded for their efforts
- An office presence is encouraged to support teamwork, collaboration and culture
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will be a high quality, experienced Financial Planner with a strong professional reputation.
- You will be able to demonstrate QCF Level 4 qualification as a minimum.
- A proven track record of delivering compliant, client focused advice.
- Experience managing and developing a client bank.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing firm.
- A values driven and professional approach to advice.
- Advisers with a history of strong performance or the ability to bring clients across will be particularly attractive.
