A tier 1 Insurance Firm is looking for a Data focused Business Manager to join a growing team.

Role Purpose

This role presents an excellent development opportunity for individuals looking to expand their skills and experience. Reporting to the Head of Data Practice, the position offers a diverse scope of responsibilities that will support the delivery of strategic data initiatives across the organization and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the Data Practice team and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Manage senior external data forums and other initiatives to enhance the data literacy of the market.
  • Shape and deliver projects while facilitating dynamic workshops focused on Data Strategy, Data Management, and Operating Models.
  • Lead transformation activities and programs, from business case development to the implementation of data solutions.
  • Establish robust data capabilities encompassing organizational design, process optimization, skills development, and role definition.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative offerings and thought leadership content.
  • Deliver within agile working environments, planning and implementing solutions centered around data, analytics, or AI.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs against project objectives.
  • Write and produce comprehensive reports and summaries for an executive audience.
  • Prepare key briefings and collateral for internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication on data-related discussions.
