An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Financial Planner to join a highly regarded, independent wealth management firm.
This role offers immediate responsibility for a well-established, high-quality client portfolio of circa 300 corporate clients, with the current adviser retiring within the next 12 months. The role is primarily home-based, with most client interaction conducted via video, alongside some travel where required.
You will provide specialist corporate financial planning advice, primarily focused on:
- Workplace pensions and employee benefit schemes
- Supporting employers with regulatory requirements and compliance
- Business protection, succession, and exit planning
- Profit extraction strategies and key person planning
You will build strong relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders, delivering tailored financial solutions aligned to their commercial objectives.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning advice
- Conduct regular client reviews and adapt strategies as business needs evolve
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with professional introducers (accountants, tax advisers, etc.)
- Ensure all advice meets FCA and regulatory standards
Proven experience in corporate financial planning or employee benefits is required, along with a strong understanding of pensions, group schemes, and business planning. You should have the ability to interpret company accounts and provide strategic advice. A full UK driving licence is also required.
